According to techpowerup, ORICO has launched a mobile solid state drive (pSSD) made of unibody aluminium on 28 December. The SSD features a USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C interface and supports 10Gbps bandwidth, but the drive's speed is only 520 MB/s. The SSD is housed in a CNC aluminium casing and has an optical fingerprint module on top to encrypt the drive. This mobile SSD from Orion is compatible with Windows 7 and above, as well as macOS, Linux and Android platforms.
